  4. We automatically Confirm attendees and process their credit cards using our Secure Shopping Cart system.
  5. We email reminders to all attendees before the event.

  7. Seating assignments for each attendee at your events—these eliminate confusion and "cherry-picking".
  8. Our website automates all matches from the event and e-mails all attendees with their dates' contact information.

What you provide:
  1. Designate an Event Organizer to be in charge of organizing, promoting and hosting your events.
  2. Set a date and time for your 8minuteDating events.
  3. Promote the events via in-venue promotions (flyers, business card drop boxes, signs in strategic locations, and wait-staff promotion)
  4. Promote the events via external marketing efforts (PR, advertising, emails, web promotions, flyering, etc.)
  5. Welcome rooms full of singles and host a fun night of 8minuteDating!
How much money will you make?
Compensation is based on the number of paid attendees at your events. You'll earn $18.00 each for $39.95 events, plus all beverage sales, plus your promotions will attract new customers even if they don't sign up for 8minuteDating. So a 50 person event would generate ~ $1500 plus the non-8minuteDating business it produces for you. We ask EOs to host at least one event per month, but we encourage you to organize as many as you can fill!
How much does it cost?
Our introductory fee for joining the Event Organizer program is just $100.00* - a small fraction of what you'll earn from your first event! This fee covers our administrative costs, and ensures that our EOs are serious about succeeding and quickly earning this money back. And don't worry, we won't charge you unless you actually become an EO. Once you're approved and have posted your first event, we'll send your EO kit that has all the supplies you'll need to run an event (USA and Canada EOs only).
