We provide EOs with instructions on how to promote their events using other online services, such as Meetup, Craigslist, Twitter, online dating sites, etc.

One of the most effective ways to generate attendance is by going to places that are popular with singles (e.g., bars, concerts, commuter stations, lunch spots, ball games, etc.) to hand out flyers, talk with people about your events, and collect email addresses of anyone who’s interested. (The EO Area has flyers, posters and hand-held signs that you can print yourself or order.)

If your application is approved, the next steps to become an EO are:
1. Approve our EO Agreement, which defines our business relationship (takes ~5 minutes)
2. Read our EO Manual, which explains how to set up, promote and host successful events (takes ~1-2 hours)
3. Pass our EO Quiz, to make sure you’re ready to get started (takes ~15 minutes)
